SHERO REGAL is an exterior grade plywood manufactured with alternative layers of hardwood and Mysore Red Gum veneers. This product is manufactured using Phenolic Formaldehyde (PF) Resin and meets Boiling Water Proof (BWP) requirements as per IS:710 laid down by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). It has the Face veneer of Gurjan (Dipterocarpus Species). All layers of selected hardwood core veneers are treated with eco friendly non hazardous chemicals to enhance the durability of the product. Mysore Red Gum veneers (Tereticornis species) are hard, heavy, strong, durable, uniform in texture and has an interlocked grain. It is naturally resistant to borers. This product is made for those areas where temperature and humidity conditions are maximum.

Shero Club is manufactured in an ultra modern high tech Hot Press under high temperature and pressure using Higher phenolic content Phenolic Formaldehyde (PF) Resin that imparts Boiling Water Proof (BWP) properties and has the density of 900kg/m3. Shero Club surpasses all the specification values laid down by Bureau of Indian Standards as per the specification IS:710. Shero Club has the higher load bearing capacity perfect for use in all architectural and home interior purposes- beds, shelves or any furniture work which is subject to regular load and stress bearing.

SHERO CLUB PLUS Marine Plywood is bonded in an ultra modern heavy hydraulic press using specially formulated Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin prepared by us. The Glue line of SHERO CLUB PLUS Marine Plywood is also poisoned with eco friendly chemicals to completely wipe out all loopholes for any kinds of attacks by termites and borers. They are then subjected to special post manufacturing treatment to guard from Fungus and finally are loaded on to Vacuum Pressure Impregnator (VPI) to provide a total eco-friendly chemical insulation for gaining extra retention power against any micro organisms and to make it extremely durable in any weather and climatic conditions. They are then tested in Boiling Water for about 108 Hours.
